  • What do I need to bring to my first dental appointment?

    For your first visit to Orchard Meadows, bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical history or medications list. You can also complete your new patient forms online before your appointment to save time.

  • How long does a new patient appointment take?

    A new patient appointment at Orchard Meadows typically takes about 60–90 minutes. This includes time for digital X-rays, a thorough exam, and a real conversation about what we find and what you’d like to do about it.

  • Does Orchard Meadows accept dental insurance?

    Yes, Orchard Meadows is an in-network provider with Delta Dental, and except for Medicaid and Medicare, we work with all major dental insurance providers and PPO networks. We do everything in our power to ensure you get every benefit allotted in your insurance plan, and if you don’t have insurance, we offer a membership plan and flexible financing options. In all cases we work 100% for our patients, not the insurance company, and all treatment recommendations are based on what’s best for the patient.

  • Can I fill out new patient forms online?

    Yes. We offer secure online patient forms that you can complete from home before your appointment. If you’d rather handle it in person, just arrive about 15 minutes early and we’ll get everything sorted out.

  • What if I haven’t been to the dentist in years?

    You’re not going to get a lecture. We’ll assess where things stand, talk through your options, and build a plan that works for your life. Zero judgment. That’s a promise.
